We Need Your help!

Looking for Secure, Indoor Storage!

We are looking to add some international travel to our menu in the next couple years.  As with our RV Wandering,  these will be lengthy trips measured in months,  not weeks.  Yet,  we are certainly NOT done with RV Wandering.  Thus, we need a storage spot that we can buy and resell when we are done (or a rental).    If you are aware of anything that might meet our criteria,  please let us know?

Our Criteria:

Secure, Indoors and reasonably Climate Controlled (we want to leave the bus WITHOUT winterizing or worrying about Superheated summer temps.).  Goal is to store our bus and car while we travel.  So,  we MUST have: 

• AT LEAST a 14’ tall door. 
• Size and shape to fit our 41’ bus + car…so could be long and skinny or short and fat 20w x 50d or 15w x70d.
• Electric necessary.
• Climate control necessary (or at least possible).
• Near a city with a reasonable airport.

Now,  if we were to add to the above “musts…” certain “wishes”

• Water and Sewer strongly preferred.
• Ideally,  a Bathroom with Shower existing or easily added.
• South of the Mason-Dixon Line?  We’d like to be able to reach the space without transiting snow and Ice in February…
• Ability to stay at the facility for short periods before and after storage. 
  We are NOT looking for an RV site for long-term stay,  but would need/appreciate the grace to stay a couple weeks either side of storing the Bus.

Some types of buildings that could work: 

• Commercial or warehouse building (with Office?)
• Auto/Truck Repair garage
• Pole Barn
• Garage Condominium (yes,  there is such a thing!). 
• We’d be very open to shared tenancy in a larger building.
